Kolte-Patil Developers — developer charging 8% gst instead 1% on affordable home | |||
Hi, i have booked one affordable flat in life republic at pune from kolte patil developers. Its my first property. As per new gst rules gst should be 1%. For affordable home from 1st april 2019. But my builder is charging 8% gst and offering anti profiting benefit that causing me loss of more than one lakh. So, want to know is it legal to charge 8% gst on affordable home when it has been slashed to 1%? What option i have now? Should i pay 8% gst or can i insist for 1% and deny to take anti profiting benefit? Was this information helpful? | |||
