Komparify — payment done but gift voucher not provided

I purchased amazon gift voucher amounting rupees 100 from komparify and paid using mobikwik wallet.
The payment was successful as you can see i have attached screen shot, but komparify has not provided my gift voucher.
Even on their site i am unable to see my status whether it's processed / failed or so

After mailing them on their support email [protected]@komparify.com they are not replying me. They fool customers and loot their money and don't provide them their money's worth
