Komparify — recharge fraud

Komparify is not at all trust worthy app as i had recharge twice for dth. Both times it shows unsuccessful recharge but both times balance from my account is deducted. I have checked several times. As i used freecharge and mobikwik for dth recharge. And at both sites all details are available. If it sends me message o[censored]nsuccessful recharge then how they can deduct money from my account and if it is deducted as per rules then after unsuccessful transaction money should returned back. But its not happening. Please notify my complaint i want my money back.
