Komparify.com — didn't receive gift voucher after payment. they added as recharge points and disabled account

Sir, i made a payment to komarify.com for a amazon gift voucher worth 1000 using payumoney. Order id:[protected] as recharge failed they added money into recharge points and disabled my account. I couldn't use it now as my account is disabled. I think they are cheating me in this way. Please make them to refund my money into source account through which i paid. Thanks.
