Komparify.com — misuse of my phone pe account

According above said details amount is accidentally or unfortunately transfered from my phonepe wallet to komparify wallet.
But amount is not credited in komparify wallet. And is showing zero balance, but amount is debited from my phonepe wallet. So kindly resolve this problem and refund my amount to my phonepe wallet as soon
