konica minolta — Delivered a defective Printer

Hi, I was very excited to purchase the product, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product in hopes you can help remedy the situation. I have purchased the copier on 8-9-2010, from Infres Methodex limited Raipur, Chhattisgarh, This worked very well for the first year. Continuously we are calling the repairing guy but he is not able to repair the same. They are not sure of the problem. Sometimes they ask to change something and after sometime saying to change other spare parts. Even they are confused about what to do. No one seemed to bother or able to fix the problem. This has been an ongoing issue for the past two years. Even after taking the AMC the technical people are not able to resolve the issue, I had invested a lot of money in this (AMC of Rs. 18000 per year since 2010 + Spare parts etc.). The machine worked well only for a year. I had purchased the same for Rs. 2.8 lacs and was this investment only for a year???? After that I had taken AMC, again invested? Still without Solution? Loss of valuable time dealing with false commitments. Request you to please look into the matter and provide me with a replacement of the machine.
