Hello we are from shreeji industries. We contracted with konnection india for 1 year of Adword services . On 27th june, 2019 we paid them 1, 40, 000 rs, after then they provide 1 month of service, but that service is not even better then adwords service provider. They also not provide analytics report. They not even try to contect us to talk about services & results of adwords.

As we give them 2nd payment of 60, 000rs on 21st november, 2019, they didnt provide any assitant after that. They (konnection india) totally cut the contact from us (shreeji industry) & didnt give any services related to adwards service. After 2nd payment they didnt even pickup our calls and also not answer properly about services. Even a local company gives good response then konnection india. Please the one who read this dont take any services from Konnection india as we dont want anyone takes loss. They (konnection india ) only know how to take money from others. Fake/scam company with fraudesters.

Fraud scam cheat - its a fraud company. We signed up for an adowrds campaign with them.in three months they delivered nothing. After signing up they started mentioning that the landing pages are not included in our package. We signed up wtih them on 27 may. It is 23 august now and the campaign is still not live. Not even a single lead generated. They are not answering calls. They have shared their own console instead of adwords console which shows false metrics. I have asked for adwords access from day 1. They kept on saying that we have shared adwords access. Now after four months they are telling that we cannot share adwords data which menas they have not executed the campaign! Cheats. I am filing a police complaint and will be prosecuting them.

Some random call ending in meeting a personal mr prateek ([protected]) of konnection india employee. He shows so many projects and marketing was so good, so being impressed i gave him a cheque of rs50, 000/- on sept.

He said that my website will be aired soon and my ads will be shown on google top., after few weeks i asked him about progress, so he then gave me an id and password of their own portal which they made my account into.

Now its been more then 3 months and i have got no single query from them and all my money got wasted, being cherry n cake now they don't even bother to take my calls.
Radhika ([protected]) she called me and introduced herself as marketing advisor of the company at first. She sent mr prateek.
Now i am thinking to file a case of fraud and 420 against them, as i felt so much cheated.

Dear all, i'm monik form shyam plastic

Chintan vyas from konnection india ahmedabad comes to our office and finalize deal that they will provide us 24 x 7 google adwords ad in 11 countries with 25 keywords & unlimited clicks. (They forcefully give us india countries among our selection of location.)

After making payments they started our campaign in different domain, i oppose that but they are refuse to promote our own domain so i let it go and allow them to promoting their domain.

After 2-3 months i we had received hardly 10-12 inquiries from india, this means they are not promoting our campaign in overseas.

Now mr. Rahul raj comes in pictures & try to convince us, so we told them to promote our domain and he agreed.

After two or three days of meeting his retention head send us email that our domain is rejected by google on which we already runs adwords in house.
So i told her provide us screenshot of google's rejection email so she send us some image which was maked in paint (Enclosed).

After one week i told them that we had change server setting in our domain so please try to promote our own domain, now they agreed and start promoting our domain.

After one week i checked in google analytic & their report, their report shows 14 click from uae & google analytic show only 1 click so i complaint them about this, now they are not replying, after 2 days they told that thay will provide new user id & password for report.

This is the totally fake, they charged you for all countries but they only live your campaign in india & 3-4 keywords.

Rahul raj & his team are liar.

if google rejected then please share official email copy which was received you from google

so please don't try to make us foolish.

you should tell us before contract that you will start campaign in your template.

And your click & impression data is fake madam, which i already emailed you.
after that we received your reply that you have changed our account details and share another user ID and Pass.

You all are liars.

you shown 60 inquiries in 350000 INR and all are from INDIA, Is this fare figures?

We want our money back or share google adword admin panel with edit permission.

They took 40 k from us for Google Addwords and did a complete fraud. Promised 10 keyword 24x7 but after a day stopped it. When asked said back end problem. Again start ed then stopped. Finally said your money is exhausted and need more. I tried to take them to police but the sales guy Mukul started with his sad family story. So I left it. The helpline number guy is also a fraud and told me do whatever you want and challenged me I can't do anything. Thease guys should be behind bars for fooling people

Rahul Raj of Konnection India dotcom is swindling Google adwords customers by promising them 24X7 visibility in google search results for 10 keywords at a fixed amount of 10, 000 per month. Once they take the payment, they run campaign only for sending the screen shots and then stop running the campaign. I did not receive a single query from their campaign nor could I find my ad in search results. When I complained, first they did not respond. Next time, they made the campaign live for 15 mins and sent me screen shots saying my campaign is running. They did not even share my adwords account with me. If you have also been duped by these people, you can lodge your complaint to Google at https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/thirdparty_complaint. If you are planning give your adwords to Konnection India or Rahul Raj please do not do it.

I got the Subscription for Google Adwords from the company for 3 months. The company committed to given the below services: - I am registered for 20 Keywords - All 20 keywords will be active 24 * 7 for the duration of the agreement - The promotion will be done all over india on google adwords. Its not State Specific. - All 20 keywords will be used for promotion in parallel. - Below are the keywords that will be used for promotion: Water Purifier, Aquaguard Ro, Kent Ro, Ro Water Purifier, Kent Water Purifier, Aquaguard Water Purifier, Eureka Forbes Water Purifier, Aquaguard Ro, Ro Membrane, Tds Meter, Aquaguard Water Filter, Ro Filter, Filmtec Membrane, Water Filter Cartridges, Ro Spares, Ro Service, Csm Membrane, Ro Booster Pump, Ro Adapters, Concern: - The promotion is not being done 24 * 7 as committed. - All the Keywords are not being used for promotion in parallel When I check and complain to them they activate the keywords for some time and then after some time the keywords are again deactivated. I have sent them many mails regarding the issue but they have not resolved the issue till now. Its taking a lot of effort for the follow up with them and I do not have the time for that. It is fake company and what the complainant said in the first instance was right. These people shows that they have got huge network and takes the money on the basis of the packages they has settled. After no one gets back to you and you are left with unnecessary phone calls. I also tried to approach on the number +91-[protected], the person who picked up the phone speak rude and said your ads already run 1 month ago and i said to him why your company did it without my confirmation and the keywords which you given was wrong. He said we don't know anything, speak to our local representative. This local person will never pick up the phone.

Very poor ! False commitments, no followup . beware ..once you paid them you have to call them every time for any updates. Designer are pathetic.they have only sales team no support team at all! Fraud Company!!!

This is Ranjan Jena from Jigar Enterprise (Marketing Executive)
Konnection India is one of the worst company we have ever seen. They told us that have partnership with google and they will make google adword marketing for our company (Jigar Enterprise)
After giving 50% (75,000 INR) advance payment we never seen our adds on google.
They never guide proper key words, and always make excuses for cookies, browsers and history.
And at last they stop receiving my calls.
This is Fraud Company and their marketing executive makes so many Fake Commitment.
