Koopshop — Product and money issues

Www.koopshop.in is online shopping company. one day i get a call and informed that they have choosen me and some other person for promotional fifts and in turn we have to give only service tax of that good.total cost was 14999 rs and they told us to give 7999 rs before and 7000 rs after t\receiving the product but after paying 7999 i was informed that i need to pay 9700 rs. as insurance of that product and after submitting that money they will deduct 250 rs and return the 9450 rs but it had taken too many days and they are not refunded and given any product. one day i got received a wallet and sunglass by company and when i asked them they told it is a welcome gift and when i asked for product they are saying that i will have to submit rs7000 now then they will provide me that product and refund of rs. 9450 is also being given after paying 7000 rs . so i am feelinf depressed and complaing against this policy of company. i have email and audios of the offer so i want to draw you attention towards this. contact no of company is [protected] and [protected] [protected]
