[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — order delivery issues | |||
Several products not delivered and wrong statuses are getting updated that i have asked for a future delivery etc... The delivery has been delayed for more than 16-20 days. Further, the message received says pay by cash/gpay/paytm, but 2 of the delivery guys didn't have the option to pay online, post which i was never contacted back. I have made multiple calls to koovs as well as their courier partner - xpressbees via customer care, they just keep on updating their notes, it seems that's the only help they can provide. No actions taken against those delivery executives who are faking and not doing their jobs. My orders are still undelivered, i have had the worst experience with koovs, will ensure that i put this feedback for people who choose to shop with koovs!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
