If i have received my product and i want to return it but on the app it is still showing the status as shipped!! How will i return it to you? I have no option and when i call to customer support there’s no one to answer and if these defective products did not get replaced i assure that koovs in not going to fool no one anymore and this thing happened to me the previously!
