[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — Return processing of self shipped returns

I wanted to return some items so i self shipped them through local courier service as they told me there is no pickup service available in my area. So i self shipped them and parcel got delievered to their mailroom on 13th june, morning received by ashish kumar. Till now i got no update regarding my return processing even though i mailed them too many times they only assure me to reslove it and did nothing i got no satisfactory reply.
