Order no. 966625... Ordered for a red bodycon strapless dress for a valentine aprty.. The fitting was horrible ... Asked for a reverse pick up in 16th Feb ticket no 134553. Nobody has come till 28th Feb for a reverse pick wherein I was told withing 5 days somebody will come to pick it up... I wanted to buy another dress for a party on 1st March from Koovs. Couldn't do that. Have never had such an awful experience with any of the online company. I want you to refund me the money back as my purpose is lost... Was this information helpful? | |||
