Order ID:7155630 Exchange reference number: 763C15 I bought a leggings and they delivered a t-shirt (Same brand and collection). What seems to me is that they tried to deceive. Example: they did not have the product what I ordered, then they sent another item of the same brand of the same. I immediately called the company I entered the site to request the exchange of the item. I have read in the return policy that the product must be returned along with the tag but the product was shipped without the tag. And once again I realize that it is a kind of trap to make it difficult to return the product or money and it seems a common practice in this country because it is not the first time I buy online and the products come without the tag. I already requested the exchange of the product but reading here the complaints seems that are not resolved. They suppose to collect the item in 3 days(from day 12/06/2019. I only hope respect for the consumer in this country because what I've been going through. it's very frustrating a simple thing becomes a problem Was this information helpful? | |||
