I have ordered a product in koovs.com still i did not recive my product its been 10 days know they are not good at providing services to costumers, i have called them several times for refund its been 15 days now i did not recive any refund waste guys they wont refund and plz dont order any thing from koovs.com u wont get product at time if they have that item then u will get or eles it will get more than 1 month i guess waste of time and money, plzzz dont use this, today sep 28-17 still i did not recive any product guys

Hello koovs I ordered 3 shoes on 17th September 2018 and today is 1st October and till now I didn't received any delivery
Being a prestigious website this is not at all expected from u. The purpose for which I ordered the shoes doesn't solved due to delay in delivery still I want my delivery as fast as possible.
