[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — my clothes i ordered on 6th sept 2017 still in progress

Normally they deleiver the product of cash on delievery items within 3 days but my order no.4071908 and 4073473 are still in progress and it's been 3 days now... And nothing like it's dispatched or anything... It's still on progress... I hope you guys do soemthing about it or just give a message that the item is dispatched and how many days it would be take to be deleivered in our hand message so that we can wait for it peacefully and deleiver the item on time... Thanking you... Please reply...

Its been 11 days since I had placed my order and still not a small
progress is visible for my order fulfillment. The customer service teams at Kvoos.com seems to be the
most dump team ever!!! You people don`t have any idea or any authority over your vendors for
order fulfillment to your customer. In latest time when e-commerce has reached to its peak period and
major players like Flipkart, Myntra and Amazon are fulfilling the order in 2-3 days, you guys are not
able to initiate the delivery process after 11 big days????? The most Pathetic e-commerce player to be
experienced and the worst Customer service by any e-commerce seller! (And you guys are talking about
giving products
