[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — my clothes ordered on 27th october 2019 still in progress | |
I have placed an order for 9 items from koovs on 27th october 2017. My order no - 6853082 However, i have received only 5 minimal items out of 9. Where as the rest of the 4 items are showing still in progress i. E they are not even packed or moved yet. This is very frustrating as i tried to contact the customer care but the line shows busy continuously. I also wrote an email to the customer care but haven't received any reply on the same. Atleast let me know whether i am going to receive my product or not, it had been half a month now. Was this information helpful? | |
