[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — order id: 6931051 product returned but money not refunded | |||
A product was returned on 19th october. Despite koovs' 48hrs refund initiation protocol, the order value of inr 999 is still not refunded. I have made several phone calls in the meanwhile but never received a resolution. Some sketchy customer care representative keeps asking me to have patience. Also they won't allow me to talk with their finance team or any supervisors. Seeking help to get inr 999 refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||
