[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — refund not given after 20 days

I have ordered 5 products from koovs app.
And returned all 5 products.
But they didnt refunded my amount after 20 days
I tried to call them lot but they always say due to technical issue we are seeing this
They didnt give proper respect to customer. I call them and they say we will do it as soon after 24 hrs to 48 hrs.
After 20 days of calling them atmost each day they didnt give refund

I had ordered shoes from koovs, i had put wrong address so the person cdnt delivery.aftr a week again i got a call saying that they wud change the address and aftr they stopped calling .
Its been a month i have placed my order and my order is ready shippped
