[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — refund not given after 20 days | |||
I have ordered 5 products from koovs app. And returned all 5 products. But they didnt refunded my amount after 20 days I tried to call them lot but they always say due to technical issue we are seeing this They didnt give proper respect to customer. I call them and they say we will do it as soon after 24 hrs to 48 hrs. After 20 days of calling them atmost each day they didnt give refund Was this information helpful? | |||
