[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — Return delivery | |||
Unfortunately a very worse 1st experience with koovs, where i have given Rs. 500 to return/exchange the consignment to koovs by dtdc. And DTDC didn't find the address (of koovs) and return both the consignment. Now the customer care personal said they often find the issue with DTDC, now if so why koovs didn't inform the same earlier when asked. Now they says to again return the consignment through Blue dart (as they says their official partner) for which i gaian have to pay Rs. 500. Which means total i have to spend 1000/- only due to mismanagement. And they says they will return 300 only. That means customer will incur a loss of 700 for doing nothing, adding to this i had send several mails informing the docket no. of dtdc but no action was taken against it. Seriously very poor experience rather than financial its mental harassment. Such thing never happens with amazon, flipkart etc. where customer money is valued. Was this information helpful? | |||
