[Resolved] Koovs.com — Product returned but refund not credited | |||
I purchased a t-shirt but the color was not same as displayed, so i returned it, i called them again and again, they are saying they have received the article, but they are liars and not processing the amount in my account. Even after 20 days, i have not received my money back. And i am trying to call, but they have blocked my nos. I am trying to call them again and again, but helpless. This is completely very disgusting, nobody is bothering to email or call me. Koovs is just bull. Was this information helpful? | |||

Koovs.com — Amount not refunded from 2 month
I have shopped form this Complany before 2montn !i got wrong product so asked for refund but still I didn't got refund Order number : 6624273
I had order pair of shoes which was not true to the size chart provided by koovs.
So I returned the product on 3rd of September.
The product reached koovs on 9th of September.
I have made several calls to koovs customer care regarding refund of my money and also mailed them.
They always said that your issue is on priority and Wie are processing it.
It's been more than 15 days I have not recieved money .
Koovs are least bothered about refunding customer's money and they don't even care.

Koovs — Code allotment
Many a times i have informed the company to take the item to be returned and allot me the code so that i could take some other item using that code but there is no response from the company.
