Koryo — 32 inch koryo tv defect just crossed warranty period

Address:27no, Talpukur, Nort 24 Pgs, Barrakpore, 700123

I have purchased a 32 inch LED TV(KLE32DLCHN7) from Big Bazaar Barasat on 25.01.2019.
On dated 24.1.2020 suddenly TV display was blank.
Next day I contacted customer care for complain but representative told that your warranty period is over so require service charges.
Then we contact BB Barast they have provided another number and told that raised complain and same will share with us and we will arrange to replace same.
Now store guy told us that your warranty period is over we will unable to repair this free of cost. so you can contact SM.then we have contact SM - Mr. Kiron Koley, but till problem not solved.

My question is that we have purchase for 1 year ????

Please arrange to replace at earliest.
