I purchase W/M in Oct'19. warranty was for 2 Years. In june'21 machine stopped working. i lodged a complain with koryo with complain number [protected]
Techinician visited and after inspection he told that there's a problem in a part of the machine and we need to replace it. after making enormous calls and emails they told that they will take the machine at their service centre. in august 2021 they took the machine. after chasing them for almost 4 months they agrred to replace the machine as their policy is to replace the product within 72 hours. i have to waited for more than 6 months. in the month of december i was asked to deliver the old machine at the store. i told them that machine is at their service centre, they delivered the same at my home instead of delivering at the store. i had to manage to deliver the same at store . after several calls to store manager for the replaced machine i was again told that i have to take the machine at my own expense . i had to pay for delivering the old machine at store and again bringing the replaced machine at home. thou it matters, i compromised with the same.

But i was shocked to see that the replaced machine they deliverd is also a faulty one. the techinician visited to install the machine at home on 23/12/2021 and informed us that machine is a faulty one. as on date i have not receive my machine in proper condition. the company is insisting that i have to-pay service charge and product replacing charges as there is no extended warranty.
