I had purchased koryo food processor from future group ezone on29 dec.2014 with extended warranty. Model no. Kfp10000at chembur k star mall. Now it is shifted. From morning i'd called customer care. But no way. My food processor's jar's lid is broken.&i want it's replace ment.. But they r demanding visiting charges along with the lid's charges. Can you please send me on my address.
