Koryo — Regarding MY Koryo Make LED TV issue | |||
This is to inform you that, I have registered a complaint regarding my LED(Koryo Make)TV problem .From your end I have received a Service Ticket No.[protected], the service Engineer had attended but the problem has not been shorted out. Before handover my TV to service Engineer the sound of the TV was OK and also according to one of my friend(he is service engineer at Samsung), we had also seen the pictures by putting a big torch light in front of TV in a dark. Even thou they had not informed me that how much it will cost to repair the TV, but when I asked after some days then they says me that in your TV the panel and mother board is to be replace. then i got shocked and asked them to sent back the TV in the same condition as it was before handing over for repairing. But the TV has been returned to me in worst condition, no sound and display(what we had seen in dark) is there. According to the best of my knowledge, only the back light problem was there in my TV then why I was asked to change Panel and Mother Board. So i request you to please take the matter very seriously.
