Koryo — Regarding the complaint registered service ticket no.[protected] | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I have raised a complain on 5 July regarding my koryo cooler 70ltr that it is not functioning properly against that a service ticket no. [protected] and was assured that techniques will visit between 48 hrs. When i first Learned of this problem, I contacted Mr. Prahlad (mobile number [protected])one of technician technician of your company, he had conversation with me over phone but when i have asked him that when he will be coming to repair the cooler he always says that he is in another area and some other person will visit at my place to sought my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I have call koryo customer care several time from 5 July - 8 July but they are also saying same that Mr. Prahlad will visit but to the till date my problem is not getting solve. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my Complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you till 9 July 2020 I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
