Koryo — Split Ac not repaired pending from 45 days

I have purchase Koryo split Ac in 2019 however it was not cooling so I have raised an complaint with registerer mobile number-[protected] however concern team visited to my home and after inspection stated the cooling coil need to get changed as it can not get repair due to heavy leakages and took my Split Ac indoor unit to service center last month and since 45 days the indoor unit is with the service center person and they are making fool of me by saying to wait 2-4 days more again an again and like this they have make me wait for 45 days and after 45 days the Service centre of Koryo Branch- Sec-10 Noida concern person name Mr Jitender and Mr kuldeep are now talking to my father in very rude and harsh tone and they harashed my father saying we can't do anything an all and don't call us we will not attend your call. After waiting 45 days we are getting harash by Koryo which is big brand but pathetic customer support. My Request you to please get my Ac repair as soon as possible
