Kotak Bank — Converting 0 balance account to mab account without notifying and deducted 4500 | |||||
I sent an email with complaint 4 month back in Nov 2016. A ticket was opened and closed after month time with no response. Then again I sent another email asking why it was closed and ticket is still open since then. I Don't get response from nodal officer neither any of the mgmt that I marked as below. I sent an email to all heads of Kotak including CEO or country head in CC. but no response yet. Ticket # 1-[protected] ( Ticket was closed with no response with month period of time ) Ticket # 1-[protected] ( Another ticket was opened which still open ) one officer tell me to keep 50, 000 and another officer tell me to keep 10, 000 and I also get call to open 0 balane account in kotak. They don't even k now what product they have at first place and eating my money like rats in banking system. Was this information helpful? | |||||

#kotak #mahindra #bank has fraud business services in all sectors. Debit cards and debit cards many other fraud services including life insurance. They charge more money illegally. Their fraud business should be closed immediately to save poor people from being robbed by this fraud bank. Worst banking services. And wost credit card services. They don't even convert purchases to emi even after asking them twice.
