[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — account opening problem in kotak mahindra bank, salt lake city, sector -1 | |||
Hi am a new customer, wanted to open. 1. Joint account 2. Junior account 3. Linking of demat account with saving account. I have given all the signed documents to kotak bank representative on 28th aug. She has created a single account on the same day which i didn't asked. I have made atleast 10 follow up call over the last 2 weeks. Everytime the answer is next the account will be created. When i contacted branch office, they said the all physical documents are received on 9th sept (Today). This shows the signed document is allowed to take home. I worried with the privacy and security of the customer. Services i received so far is not only disappointing but felt so much ignorant towards a customer. I believe there is no email id for raising any such complaint. The reverence redressal portal does not work. Has been trying to escalate the issue but the portal giving error while submitting. Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Sir me open3 in 1 account before 25 days ago but till date demat and trading account not opened only savings account open. I am daily communicate with bank staff they daily give me the assurance that this facility start from tomorrow but till date demat and trading account not opened. Request you please help me
