Kotak Mahindra Bank — amount not getting refunded. | |
Amount is not getting refunded from paytm app. On 10th feb 2019. I tried to do mobile recharge of rs. 199, but it was failed. I tried again and failed again. I contacted paytm customer care. They are saying that the refund is completed but the bank is not transfering the amount to my account. The same case happened previously when i cancelled train tickets on 23rd nov 2018 and 4th august 2018. Please check from your end and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. That transaction was not completed, it comes request timed out and the amount of 2000 was debited in my account. But it was not received on that destination beneficiary account number.
Kindly check and solve this issue
