[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — annual fees charges

Hi team,

I received call from your customer service executive for new credit card offered to me free of cost with 0 annual charges.

But now in this bill you charged me 499 annual charge plus gst which is not good

Credit card was free thats the reason i opted for the same.

Kindly reverse the charge and revert me back.

I am Animesh Chavan, i had open Joint account at Baner Branch Pune however they told me it is 0 Balance account and no maintenance charge will be applied worst thing they started deducting 500 rs monthly as non maintaince charge worst bank ever had wxperience

I have closed my Kotak Mahindra credit card with settlement in 2015. Till now i haven't received NOC. Its been years that i have been waiting for the same, but I haven't received it . Also kindly update my status as closed in cibil.
