Hi, I have applied for the Personal Loan in Kotak Mahindra Bank and got deductions about 10k for 3 lacs loan . They have added the one assist charge which is around 4k, i asked the bank executives about what is the one assist charge for ? i got different answers from all the executives which i have asked. It clearly shows how this bank is looting its customers on the name of policies . Following are my details please do something . SUMEL 3 branch not provided services me and not clear answer and behavior is not good and ask me branch. this not your home branch going to your home branch and service provided your home branch.
