Kotak Mahindra Bank — atm transaction problem

At atm transaction only sms that my money rs5000 is debited from my acount but i didnot get the money, its deducted from my acount balance only
My a/c no.[protected] ifsc code ;kkbk0000322 and withdwaral atm code ngw8053 on date[protected] timing 12;10;29 pm and here is not any branch of kotak bank my kotak mahindra branch is kolkata branch
