I am a new one for credit card and I have two times debited the amount (575+575=1150) from my credit card. first time I raise the complaint for deactivation of auto debit & amount return, which is debited from my account. The representative said "we took complaint for auto debit and it will be return to your account"at the same time I raised request for EMI conversion. next time I paid before due date, but again they debited from my account on the due date by auto debit. That time my account almost empty so they couldn't take full amount. So again one more 575 for auto debit failure. then only i come to know they could't took the complaint, but I believed they took my request.
Again second time I called them(customer care), they said "No, we are not having any request from your side then they took one more request for auto debit and 1st debited amount they couldn't return".
currently I'm helpless, Can you please help me to solve this issue.
One more thing I want to know, I activated EMI, but they are trying to debit full amount on due date, then what is the purpose of EMI activation and I paid before my due date, even they debited by auto debit.
I saw some complaint details same like this on the this page. but I dont know how proceed and handle this issue. Was this information helpful? |
