Kotak Mahindra Bank — balance not credit

My name is yashi srivastava and i am from Allahabad. Today I have transferred the 2000/ amu in my kotak account from payzapp app and the transaction is successful but amount is not credit in my kotak account. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
