Sir I am having account no. [protected] with kotak bank, vallabh nahar branch. I went to branch on 31.01.20 for passbook and meet to mr saurabh. Kotak mahindra bank take two days to issue in passbook and denied to sign and seal on photo pasted on bank passbook. Strict action may be taken against kotak bank and its employee mr saurabh.
