Kotak Mahindra Bank — charging 885 rupees yearly as maintenance charges on debit card

In 2013 november salaried account has been opened on my name and later on it is converted to a savings account.in the meantime even having sufficient funds amount has been deducted stating as low maintenance of funds. Now from last two years, i am seeing charges of 885/- is being deducted stating as annual charges on the debit card.

I need clarity on this if no proper justification from your side i want to close this account without a second thought.
