Kotak Mahindra Bank — complaining about non maintenance charges | |||
Hi kotak bank, I have 811 account in your bank. 1216 charges has been deducted from my account for the month march & april. I have not received any message for non maintaining the balance. And also i was not aware o[censored]pgraded bank account with kotak. I request you to please refund my amount. I will maintain proper balance in my account. Please help me with this. Recived a call from kotak card verification and say details and offering a new card and charge 6769 to life time card fee . Then no aye details send for new card. What to do now
