Kotak Mahindra Bank — connectivity and fake commitments from employees | |||
1) ivr of kotak not working properly. I am trying to call for last 15 days and unable to connect. Very pathetic service by such a reputed bank. 2) credit card helpline is at below par. Unable to talk to any of executives on call. Everytime i call and about to connect, it just ended automatically. It is an irresponsible service by kotak. How can a bank credit card helpline is not working properly. I am trying to connect for last 15 days. 3) they commited to reverse off charges from other branch nearest to my home. All i have to visit my branch but when i went there they were not even a mood to experience their customer. I was like where i came. Sorry kotak but disappointed a lot.
