Kotak Mahindra Bank — consumer durable loan

Dear sir,

I have taken television set from kotak consumer durable loan, on 19th august 2018, till date no emi's are deducted from my account, i am confused whether they bother it or not, till date no any call from any executive or bank or any employee, no any message about emi or bounce message from bank nothing, isnt this strange. Even there is no any link to pay emi by ourself online. Even i dont know any account number. My mobile number is [protected] / [protected]
