[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card applied without my knowledge and sent to me | |||||
Dear sir, I have received massage from kotak mahindra bank. Credit card application no.[protected]. But i am not apply credit card. And my register mail id was changed with out my knowledge. I am not sent any request. Kindly take action who's apply credit card and change my register mail id. This is serious issue sir. I am not access my account in net banking. call received from customer care they accept their mistake orally. they asked me to get back the complaint.
