[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card customer support | |||||
I'm trying to call kotak customer support center from last week continuous but always my call get disconnected instantly. Do really customer support exist or they are busy in advertising 811. I have requested for pvr gold card online which has been accepted then why do i have been sent league card? I'm already using 6 banks credit card but this type of service is exceptional. I have broken league credit card in 4 pieces you can collect it back. If you can issue pvr gold card then contact me. Even i tried to find email id for kotak credit card customer service but none exist. Only option for credit card users was to submit email from their kotak web portal itself for which also i tried to use and get failed every time. Wow! Great service.
