[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit card harassment | |
Dear sir/ madam I charita having my credit card from past 2years, due to no business from last 8months was paying minimum 5000/- everymonth only missed one month in last 8months and this 5th I should pay 5000/- but missed payment but I said to the customer caller that I sld get money I will pay but today one lady by name sanvi and other by name he said justin, he called my full family in very bad word by saying send wife to other and give money.
