Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card interest overcharge

My credit card bill amount was rs 48, 473, last date was 02/04/19.
I have paid amounts as below due to holidays in between..
10, 000 on 02.04.19
35, 373 on 05.04.19
03, 100 on 08.04.19.

The bank has charged rs 2, 790 as intrest and gst rs 503. 00

Can you please help me in waving off the amount as the interest is huge and more than chargable.. I have no intention on unpaying the bill, it was holidays jus took a couple of days late..

Updated by Manoj Kumar Bodduluri Hi, Today I received a call from Bank number and asked for card details to waveoff amount charged, later he asked for OTP which in haven't shared.. This is a fraud call. I have recorded the call. I would like proceed legally, with this as we got the call from bank number..
