Used the credit card with the hope that I can pay the amount on EMI basis as mentioned but when I asked for it, they denied, resulting regularly, I paid interest of approx 2000 per month but during covid 19 my card due was approx 28000/- I opted for moratorium, after that I wanted to pay the amount but as my card was expired I was unable to get the details, I called so many times but no one was answering, my card limit was 15000 but they increased interest to 28000/- including overdraft penalty 700/- per month which I have not issued. I tried to do something to get rid of it and begging to convert the amount into emi, their representative make my fool and told me to pay minimum due for the request of the same. I did it but still my due amount is increasing and no emi option is there. what is the use of this useless act. I am not a person who so not want to pay but they have a real greed for interest only and does not want their customer to come out of it. Moreover I got blocked my credit card before October 2020 and also they charged penalty on covid 19 time. They tried to cheat the customer. Was this information helpful? | |
