Name: BHAGWAT GUNALE Complaint: Fuel surcharge waiver not done for transaction at BBM Venture Pune done on 23 Apr 2021. Complaint raised on 26 May 2021 to Rachana. That fool said My number was not reachable and hence, complaint closed without any CUSTOMER feedback. Same complaint raised again, these ### say the dispute can not be raised beyond 60 days. But these ### should realise that dispute was raised on 26 May and not 01 Jul. For reference, I have been using the same fuel station and same card and this never happened in last 7 years.
