[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card Payment deducted twice | |||
I, Sanjay Harchandani holding the account number [protected]. My query is related to Kotak Card Payment. My Credit Card Number is [protected]. My Credit Card Amount was Rs 9267.12/- for the period 15.02.2017 to 15.03.2017 due date was 02.04.2017. I have paid the full amount on 01.04.2017 and it was deducted from my savings account (A/c No. [protected]) but the same amount was again automatically debited from my account on 02.04.2017. So, the amount was debited twice from my account. I want Rs. 9267.12/- refund in my account. Please find attached the statement showing deducted twice. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received a call from Kotak Mahindra on 11.04.2016 and today I got the full amount.
