Dear team, I'm not satisfied kotak Bank services MM ID - 9485535 RS 1899/- is debited in my credit card a/c for activating one assistant palan without my knowledge. I'm the employee of supermarket grocery supplies p l, have a salary a/c at bangalore Today I have placed the order in Amazon, while making payment via netbanking, I have chosen user id..at that movement my mobile keyboard showing.. only numbering keys, not showing aalphanumeric keys. My CRN NO.[protected]. and my saving account balance is Rs.2015 but available balance is Rs. 1042 remaining my balance is hold. I discussed with many time Kotak Mahindra Bank customer care executive but I did't got solution. My Problem
