[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Customer executives are abusing customer on calls and massage for denial | |||
Since last 2 months, everyday 4-5 times I got call from kotak mahindra customer care and they forcefully asking me to accept credit card which I have never applied for. When denying, they start abusing on calls and massages. This becomes everyday habit. How many numbers I will block? I want resolution. I have the number who called me and abusive chats as well.
