Hi Kotak Team, The worst experience I had with the kotak team. 6 Months before i was opened salary account, due to some organization issues, my salary was on hold so i didn't get the salary with respect to the kotak corporate account. For not maintaining the account balance, they are going to charge the maintenance fees for the financial year. They send a notification letter to my residential address. I'm frustrated because of the Bank relationships with the customer. While opening the account, then why the kotak representatives are telling like zero balance account. Please don't misguide the people. Even i have a account with HDFC bank, don't even do any transactions for past 6 months. But their commitments and care towards the customer is excellent.
