Kotak Mahindra Bank — cw fee tbsm charge from my account

Im having a kotak mahindra bank Trinity account its a zero balance account. Past 4 months more than 1500rs debiting from my account. Dont knw why these things happening. If i call to customer service centre, there will be no proper response. 28.75 rs will start debited continuously around 30 to 40 times. Please take a necessary action. I'm taking this issue to higher level.
